What is the status of my order?
We will send you an email notification once you have successfully placed your order. We will send another email with an expected date of delivery, together with your tracking number once your order has been shipped/dispatched. You will be able to see your order status with your tracking number.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.
During sales and high volume periods, processing time may take up to 3-4 days.

Items listed as ‘PRE-ORDER’ or ‘BACK-ORDER’ begin processing on the date indicated in the product description and my vary between items.

Item not delivered?
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 working days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by the courier service due to an unforeseeable circumstance.
